I ordered lamb curry on this website and was forced to choose a sauce option, so chose the Chutney tray at £2.50 extra cost. So then I ordered poppadoms to go with the chutneys. Total order included the £2.50 and was paid in cash. Delivery arrived with no chutneys. Phoned Balti House and was told chutneys not on the order. There is obviously an error on the website menu item for lamb curry and I am now owed £2.50 and ate dry poppadoms. Poor service! Lamb curry was also very mild flavour and the meat was a bit chewy.

Sauce, chips, naan and poppadoms were lovely. The chicken was well cooked but quite stringy. Wont put me off trying again.

2nd time weve waited over 2 hours for our delivery. I don't understand why it takes so long. It said 1 hr 15 minutes when order was placed. Then when i called he said 10 minutes, that was 30 minutes ago.You need to update the waiting time and let customers know about delays if its busy when orders are placed. Such a shame as your food is so nice
